Supporting People at Risk Through Digital Connection

Digital Lifelines Scotland was launched in April 2021 funded by Scottish Government and run as a partnership programme managed by the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre.  The programme is a collaboration with our partner organisations Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and Simon Community Scotland with support from NHS National Services Scotland.

Digital Lifelines Scotland was honoured to be named the winner in the Digital Inclusion category at the Holyrood Digital Health and Care Awards 2025.  In the same year we were also delighted to be shortlisted for the HTN Digital Inclusion and Improving Health Inequalities Award and The Voluntary Sector Partnership Award at the Scottish Public Sector Awards.
