Digital Lifelines Scotland Annual Conference

Wednesday 18 March | Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh

This third national conference will spotlight the latest phase of the Digital Lifelines Scotland (DLS) programme, focusing on place-based system change to reduce drug-related harm and improve access to support.

Explore highlights from the Digital Lifelines Scotland – Connecting for Impact Conference 2026, including presentations, videos, and practical examples of digital approaches supporting harm reduction, inclusion, and recovery across Scotland.

Supporting People at Risk Through Digital Connection

Digital Lifelines Scotland was launched in April 2021 funded by Scottish Government and run as a partnership programme managed by the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre.  The programme is a collaboration with our partner organisations Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and Simon Community Scotland with support from Public Services Delivery Scotland.

Digital Lifelines Scotland was honoured to be named the winner in the Digital Inclusion category at the Holyrood Digital Health and Care Awards 2025.  In the same year we were also delighted to be shortlisted for the HTN Digital Inclusion and Improving Health Inequalities Award and The Voluntary Sector Partnership Award at the Scottish Public Sector Awards.
